In compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law 13.709/2018), the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR), and the Meta Platform Policies (Section 3(d)(i)), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from Pandle at any time.

1. What Will Be Deleted

Upon confirming your request, we will proceed with the deletion of the following data linked to your account:

Identification data – full name, email address, profile photo
Access credentials – encrypted password and authentication tokens
Connections to social networks – authorizations and access tokens from connected providers (e.g., Instagram and Facebook)
Generated content – imported posts, processed messages, and history of interactions with chatbots
Settings and preferences – platform customizations and notification preferences
Support history – conversations with our support team

1.1 Data Retained by Legal Obligation

The following data are retained even after a deletion request, in accordance with legal obligation:

Billing data – invoices, financial transaction records, and accounting data are retained for the minimum period required by Brazilian tax legislation (5 years)
Security logs – access records retained for 12 months for the purpose of investigating security incidents (Internet Civil Framework, Art. 15)

2. Processing Deadlines

Note: when the request involves external providers (for example, Meta/Facebook/Instagram), the final removal in third-party systems follows the timelines and policies of the provider itself.

5. Your Rights as a Data Subject

In addition to deletion, the LGPD guarantees the following rights:

Confirmation of the existence of processing of your data
Access to the data we hold about you
Correction of incorrect or outdated data
Anonymization or blocking of data processed unnecessarily
Portability of your data to another service
Revocation of consent for specific purposes
